REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Ghat Side, we are committed to providing the highest quality makhana products. In the rare case that something goes wrong with your order, we are happy to help with a refund or replacement.

01When you can get a refund

You are eligible for a refund or replacement in the cases below.

✅ Eligible

You received the wrong product.
One or more items are missing from your order.
The product was damaged during shipping.

❌ Not applicable

The product was delivered correctly and no issue was reported within 48 hours of delivery.
The packaging has been opened, tampered with or used.
Minor variations in texture, flavour or size, which occur naturally in farm-grown produce.

02Return not required

In most cases a physical return is not required. We may ask for clear photos of the issue for verification.

03Refund process

Once we verify the issue, we will refund the appropriate product value.
The refund is credited to your original payment method within 2 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may ask for your bank account details for a secure refund.
