When You Are Eligible for a Refund:
You are eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • One or more items are missing from your order.
  • The product was damaged during shipping.

When Refunds Are Not Applicable:

  • If the product was delivered correctly and no issue was reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If the packaging is opened, tampered with, or used.
  • Minor variations in texture, flavor, or size, which naturally occur in farm-grown produce.

Return Not Required:
In most cases, a physical return is not required. We may request clear photos of the issue for verification.

Refund Process:

  • Once we verify the issue, we will process your refund of ₹3 or the appropriate product value.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 2 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, bank account details may be requested for a secure refund.
